The role of follow-up
Changing habits takes time. Between appointments, you try things, you notice what works and what is harder. Follow-up is the time to talk about it and adjust.
It’s also a source of support: someone to take stock with, celebrate progress and find solutions when daily life gets complicated.
At every appointment
Talking about your experience since our last meeting: what went well and what was harder.
Adapting your guidelines to your reality, the season, your schedule or your new wishes.
Clarifying what puzzles you, sorting out conflicting information, going further.
The pace
We decide on the frequency of appointments together, based on your needs and goals. Follow-up can be closer together at first, then more spaced out as your new habits settle in.
